STEP 1: Visit of the Residence
A member of the residence management will contact the applicant by phone or e-mail to make an appointment to visit the residence.

STEP 3 : Personal interview
1. the candidate is interviewed by a residence manager.
2. A few days later, the Residence informs the candidate if his/her application has been accepted.

STEP 4 : Signing of the contract
The candidate signs the contract, sends it back to the residence and makes a transfer of 600€ as a rental guarantee.
